A strategic journey combining knitting artistry for fine fabric production

Fabric preparation process
01

Dyeing & Finishing Excellence

Our advanced dyeing and finishing facility operates 24 high-temperature soft-flow dyeing machines from Thies (Germany), fully integrated with Orgatex’s centralized control system to ensure process consistency and precision. Complemented by SANTAX squeezers, TUBETEX and FERRARO compactors, and MONFORTS Stentor open-width finishing, the facility delivers superior color accuracy, surface integrity, and dimensional stability.

Precision Fabric Engineering

Fabric processing is driven by CAD-enabled Gerber auto spreaders and cutters, supported by Bierrebi (Italy) automated die-cutting systems for body-size applications. Manual cutting capabilities address complex design requirements, enabling a combined output of up to 40,000 pieces per day with high dimensional accuracy and minimal material waste.
